🍭 2024 Winter Market Artist Agreement 🍭

We are so excited to have you as a vendor at our Winter Market!  Please read the terms and complete this agreement by filling out the form below. You can download a PDF of this agreement HERE.

MARKET HOURS & LOCATION: The Winter Market will be held at Studio Two Three (109 W 15th Street) and Shop Two Three (1437 Hull Street) in Richmond’s Manchester neighborhood. The market is open daily 11am-5 pm from Saturday, November 30th - Monday, December 23rd. 

DROP OFF: You can drop your work off at Studio Two Three (109 W 15th Street) on Sunday, November 24th between 10am-5pm.

PICK UP: Remaining work should be picked up between 10am-5pm on Friday December 27th.

MARKET SET UP: You will have the equivalent of 1/2 of a 30”x72” table for setup. Please bring all items you wish to sell for the market and plan to set up your items at drop off. Please bring what you need to organize your items labeled clearly with your name (display racks, etc). We will move items around and curate them to best fit the space, so don’t be surprised if your items move from where you first set them up on 11/24.
*Please note - due to space limitations, we do not have room for large framed items this year, so please do not bring them.

PROMOTION: We will be providing marketing through Studio Two Three’s social media (combined following of 40,000), the Studio Two Three newsletter (audience of 6,300), radio advertising on WNRN and WRIR & event posters. We will be posting on Studio Two Three’s:

PAYMENT TO YOU: Your check will be for your sales total less a 20% commission to Studio Two Three to cover the cost of credit card processing, staffing the market, administration of sales tax and issuing payments. We are handling sales tax collection and payment so you don’t need to worry about paying Virginia State sales tax on your sales.

We will issue checks on:

  • December 18th (for sales from November 30th-December 15th)

  • December 27th (for sales from December 16th-December 23rd)

Checks will be ready for pick up in an envelope at the front register of the market. If you do not pick up your checks by December 27th, they will be mailed to you using the address you submit on this form. 

WHAT YOU PROVIDE:

  1. Your art/wares each labeled with the price and your name OR your business name (please pick one and be consistent across all items). 
    ** To be able to sell your work you must clearly write your name and price at the back of each item. WE CANNOT SELL UNLABELED ITEMS. 

  2. A completed version of the Winter Market Inventory Template. Because there are so many artists participating, we will not be capturing detailed item information in our sales receipts, just the price of the item. Your inventory sheet will be our way of ensuring that all your items are accounted for.  Instructions to complete:
